OUR GUARANTEE

1. What is your guarantee?
wholesalebasketcompany.com will honor returns to its Returns Center for up to 15 days from the original shipment date during which time you can return a gift for any reason. We do not allow returns on bulk orders.


2. How do I handle a return for full credit?

All returns must be sent to "Returns Center, 15700 W. 6th Avenue, Golden, Colorado 80401" at your expense. Return the unused portion of the product with the original packing slip in the original package.


3. How long does it take to receive a Return credit?

A return credit for product cost (less shipping) will be issued within 15 days of receipt in the Returns Center to the PayPal Account or Credit Card used for the original purchase.


4. When might I be charged for a Return?

For Returns caused by delivery attempts to bad addresses, that are refused by the recipient or that are undeliverable for any reason other than errors clearly attributed to wholesalebasketcompany.com, there will be a $20.00 minimum charge per order deducted from the refund credit to be issued to you.


5. What about damaged products?

In order to handle claims of damage to an ingredient, container or other component of a gift, wholesalebasketcompany.com has established a policy of issuing a rapid credit of up to 20% of the original product cost to you. In order to receive credit for a damaged product, you must contact us by email within 10 days of the original shipment date of the order. You may either request an immediate credit of up to 20% of the product cost and receive credit within 2-3 business days, or may request full reimbursement of the product cost by requesting that our file a 'Damaged Goods Claim' with the shipping carrier. We will reimburse you upon receiving funds from a successful claim and payment to us from the shipping carrier.


6. Are the products fresh?

wholesalebasketcompany.com guarantees that its flowers, plants, gifts will be fresh for at least 7 days from the date shipped. Our sole maximum liability shall be the refund of the purchase price or at our sole option, the replacement of the product as soon as reasonably possible.
